Steak Marinade
1/2 cups soy sauce
1/3 cups olive oil
1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine
1/4 cups minced onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour it into a large zip-lock bag.
2. Add the steaks. Seal.
Squeeze as much air out as possible.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
3. When ready to cook the steaks, drain the marinade and discard. Grill or broil the steaks to your desired doneness.
