Mac & Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf
2 boxes Kraft Macaroni & Cheese dinner.
4 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped fine
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
shredded Cheddar
1. Make the macaroni & cheese as directed on the box. Mix in some extra shredded Cheddar. Set aside.
2. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray your baking pan.
3. Mix the ground beef with the onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper.
4. Pat out the meat on a large piece of parchment paper into a large rectangle.
Sprinkle on some shredded Cheddar.
Spoon the macaroni & cheese down the center.
Using the paper, pull the sides up over the filling. Pinch together to seal it. Then pinch the ends together to seal them.
5. Using the paper to lift it, transfer it to the pan.
Lay the meat seam side down.
6. Bake for 1 hour. Let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing. The internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees.
