Peanut Butter Cookies
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups packed brown sugar
5 eggs
4 tsp vanilla extract
2 18 oz jars peanut butter
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1. Cream the butter with both the sugars until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix until fluffy.
Mix in the peanut butter.
2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix into the peanut butter.
3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
4. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place a golf ball size ball into the cookie molds or on a baking sheet. Make sure they're about 2 inches apart.
Flatten the balls with a fork or a cookie stamp.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. They'll look dry on top.
*They're best when slightly undercooked.*
