Slumgullion

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce
2 can (14 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups beef broth
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cups shredded cheese

1. Saute onion with ground beef. Drain.
Pour into Dutch oven.
Stir in seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Cook 1 minute.

2. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, beef broth and elbow macaroni.
Make sure all the macaroni is submerged.
Cover. Simmer on low for 20 to 25 minutes.
Macaroni should be all dente.

3. Uncover. Stir in the cheese until it's melted.

Serves 6.
