Homemade Brown Sugar
10 lbs. sugar (23 cups)
16 oz. molasses
1. Pour the sugar into a very large mixing bowl.
Add the molasses.
2. With a metal spoon or the whisk on your mixer, mix both of these until evenly distributed.
You want a consistent brown color.
3. Store in air-tight containers or bags.
*Hint* A slice of bread in the containers will keep the sugar from getting hard.
