Crack Chicken Noodle Soup
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
6 cups chicken broth
8 oz. angel hair pasta, uncooked
1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 medium carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
12 slices thick bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
1 cup milk
3/4 cups cream cheese, room temperature
1. In a large pot (Dutch oven) combine the chicken, carrots, celery, soup, broth, milk, cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix and bacon.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. Turn to low and simmer 20 minutes.
3. Stir in spaghetti and simmer until almost done.
Add the cheese. Stir to melt.
Serves hot.
