Mexican Chicken Alredo Casserole

12 oz penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 can (10 oz) Rotel
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

2. Cook the pasta and drain.

3. In a large bowl, mix the Alfredo sauce, Rotel, sour cream, taco seasoning and 1/2 cups cheese.
Stir in the pasta and chicken. Mix well.

4. Pour into the pan. Sprinkle with lots of cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes - until bubbly.
Sprinkle with the tortilla chips. Bake another 5 minutes.
Serves hot.
