Hoisin Beef Noodles


Hoisin Beef Noodles

8 oz. steak, sliced thin
8 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 carrot, julienned
3 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1. In a heavy skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil on medium-high heat. 
Saute the garlic with the ginger.

2. Add the beef. Cook until browned. Remove to a plate.

3. In the wok, add the bell pepper, carrot and green onions. Stir Fry for 3 minutes.

4. Add the beef back to the wok. Add in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir.

5. Add the noodles. Toss to coat.
Serves hot.

Serves 4.
