Crock Pot Golumpki Soup
1 lb. ground beef or pork
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups cabbage, chopped
1 cup raw rice
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
4 cups beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. thyme
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1. Brown the meat with the onion and garlic. Drain.
Pour the meat into the crock.
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir.
2. Cover. Cook on low for 7 hours.
Stir occasionally so the rice doesn't stick.
3. Remove the bay leaves.
Serves.
