Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Carrots
1 lb. baby carrots
1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the carrots. Cook 7 minutes - until slightly softened.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. Cover.
Simmer until tender and sauce is thickened.
