Buttermilk Biscuits


Buttermilk Biscuits

4 cups flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks cold butter, cubed
2 cups buttermilk

1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients.
Cut in the butter until it's pea-sized.

3. Add the buttermilk. Mix well.

4. Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out with biscuit cutter.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Makes 8 BIG biscuits.
