Burrito Bowl


Burrito Bowl

1 1/2 lbs. chopped chicken or beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 (15 oz) can black beans or Ranch beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6 Tbsp. salsa or picante sauce
3/4 cups shredded Cheddar
2 cups cook rice
1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

1. Cook the chicken or beef in a skillet. Drain.
Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cups water. Simmer 5 minutes.

2. Get all the remaining ingredients.
Set out 4 bowls.
Add 1/2 cup Rice to each bowl.
Divide the remaining ingredients between the bowls.
