Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked & diced
10 oz. cooked broccoli
2 cans (10 oz each) cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar
1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
2 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 pan.
2. Mix the chicken and broccoli.
Add the soup and milk. Mix well.
3. Turn into the pan.
Mix the bread crumbs with the Parmesan.
Sprinkle the cheese on the casserole.
Now sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
Serves 6
