Egg Roll in a Bowl

1 lb. chopped or ground chicken or pork
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1-lb. bag Cole slaw mix
1 can bean sprouts, drained & rinsed
1/4 cups soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Chinese Five Spice

1. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Brown the meat. Drain if necessary.

2. Add the onion, garlic and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the Cole slaw mix. Cook 5 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts. Cook 2 minutes.

3. In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and seasonings.
Pour over the stir fry and mix well. Cook 2 minutes

Serve plain or with rice Ramen noodles or crunch Chinese noodles. 
Additions: green pepper, mushrooms and pea pods. Cook along with the Cole slaw mix.
