Ska-Betti
(or Momma was too lazy to make sauce)
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 small can stewed tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (or to taste)
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
Brown the ground beef. Drain if necessary.
Stir in the soup, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and Italian seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes or longer.
Pour over the spaghetti. Serves with Parmesan.
