Stuffed Shells
2 cups ricotta
1/4 cups Parmesan
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
24 jumbo pasta shells
3 cups spaghetti sauce**
1. Cook the shells according to the directions. Drain.
Rinse in cold water. Let them drain dry.
2. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan.
3. Mix the cheeses with the egg and seasonings.
Ladle some sauce into the pan.
Put a heaping spoonful of cheese in each shell.
Set in the pan. Repeat with all the shells.
Ladle the remaining sauce over the shells.
4. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
**Brown 1 lb. ground beef. Season. Drain. Add to sauce.
Serves 6.
