Strawberry Jello Cake
1 package white cake mix
1 box strawberry jello
3/4 cups oil
1/2 cups water
4 eggs
1/2 cups frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
Icing
1 stick butter, melted
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cups frozen sliced strawberries
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
2. With a hand mixer, mix all the cake ingredients.
Pour into the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes - toothpick will come out clean.
Cool in the pan.
3. Mix the icing ingredients.
Spread on the cake while it's still warm.
