Stove Top Meatloaf
2 lbs. lean ground beef or meatloaf mix
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 cup beef broth or water
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
2. Mix the broth and the Stove Top. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and cheese. Mix gently with your hands.
4. Pack into the loaf pan.
Bake for 45 - 55 minutes. Internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
