Polish Walnut Pie
3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
25 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cool Whip
1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
2. Beat the egg white and baking powder until stiff.
Blend in the sugar
Add the crackers, nuts and vanilla
Pour into the pie pan.
3. Bake 30 minutes.
Cool completely. Top with Cool Whip.
Serves 6.
