New England Blueberry Bread

5 cups flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cups butter, cubed
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups blueberries

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2, 9 x 5 loaf pans.

2. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Cut in the butter so it's like coarse meal.

3. In the bowl, blend eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add the blueberries.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix Gently.
Pour into the pans.

5. Bake for 60 - 80 minutes. Toothpick will come out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn onto rack to cool completely.

Makes 2, 9 x 5 loaves.
