Pimento Cheese
16 oz. shredded Cheddar
16 oz. Colby-Jack, shredded
2 (4 oz) jars pimentos, drained
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix it all together.
Refrigerate.
