One Cup Cookies
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg and vanilla
3. Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, salt, cream of tarter, baking soda and oatmeal.
Mix in sugar/butter mixture and oil.
4. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut, nuts and Rice Krispies.
5. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes or until slightly golden.
