Lose Belly Fat Salad
4 cups cabbage, shredded (green & red)
1 or 2 large cucumbers, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 large carrots, shredded
Dressing
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1. Toss all your salad ingredients together.
2. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
Pour over salad. Toss to coat. Chill.
*If you're not going to eat the whole thing 🤣 then just keep both in separate dishes. Use whatever amount of dressing you need on your plate of salad.*
