Ham and Cheese Lasagna


Ham & Cheese Lasagna

9 to 12 lasagna noodles
15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
1/2 cups chopped onion
8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 c. chopped ham or deli sliced ham
1 bunch of asparagus
Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheese

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.

2. Saute onions. Add mushrooms. 
Add both to the Alfredo sauce.

3. Cut the asparagus. Drop into boiling water.
Cook for 3 minutes. Drain.

4. Layer 3 times: noodles, ham, asparagus, Monterey Jack cheese, sauce.
Finish with Monterey Jack and Mozzarella.

5. Cover. Bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
