Fried Cabbage

 Fried Cabbage

6 slices bacon

1 large onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large cabbage, cored and sliced

1 Tbsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. paprika

1. Cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside. Chop when cooled.

2. In bacon grease, saute onion and garlic - 5 minutes. Add the cabbage - cook 10 minutes.

3. Add the bacon and seasonings. Stir to mix.

4. Simmer for a few minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
