Crock Pot Potato Soup
4 quarts chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 medium potatoes, 1/2 inch dice
1 cup milk
12 ounces shredded cheese
Toppings: crumbled bacon, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions
1. Put the chicken broth in the crock pot.
Add the potatoes, onion and garlic.
Cover. Cook on high for 5 hours.
2. Smash some of the potatoes.
Add the milk and cheese. Stir.
Turn to low to warm everything.
3. Serves with toppings.
