Cauliflower and Mushroom Stir Fry
4 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced bell pepper
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. olive oil
noodles
1. Heat the wok or heavy skillet on medium-high. Add olive oil.
Saute garlic - 30 seconds.
Saute cauliflower - 5 minutes - until browned
Saute mushrooms & peppers - 5 minutes
2. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Toss to combine.
Serve over rice or noodles.
