Cake Mix Monster Cookies

2 boxes yellow cake mix

1 cup brown sugar, packed

3 sticks butter, room temperature

1 cup peanut butter

4 Tbsp. water

2 eggs

4 cups oatmeal

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup mini M & M's

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 1/2 cups coconut

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a stand mixer bowl, put cake mixes, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, water and eggs. Mix on medium until well mixed.

3. By hand, with a wooden spoon, add the oatmeal, chocolate chips, M & M's, butterscotch chips and coconut.

4. Scoop out enough to make golf ball sized balls. Place on cookie sheets at least 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Edges are slightly browned and centers don't look quite done. You want them chewy!

5. Cool on pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to rack to cool completely.
