Crock Pot Guinness Pot Roast
2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
salt & pepper
3 large onions, coarsely chopped
6 large carrots, cut in 1-inch chunks
4 large potatoes, cut in 1-inch chunks
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle Guinness Stout
1. Spray the crock pot.
2. Put in vegetables with some salt and pepper.
3. Season the roast. Lay on t6op of the vegetables.
4. Mix the soup with the broth. Pour on top of the roast.
Pour in the Guinness.
5. Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours.
