Butterscotch Bread Pudding


Butterscotch Bread Pudding

1 loaf of French bread, cubed (11 oz)
4 cups milk
3 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 bag butterscotch chips

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
Pour half into the pan.
Sprinkle the butterscotch chips on top.
Cover with remaining bread mix.

3. Bake for 1 hour, or until nearly set.
Serves warm or chilled.
