Angel Food Macaroons
1 cup water
1 package angel food cake mix
8 cups coconut
1 1/2 tsp, almond extract
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment.
2. In a grease-free bowl, put the cake mix, almond extract and water.
Whisk. Mix until well blended.
Fold in the coconut.
3. With a 2 Tbsp. scoop, drop onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 24 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheets.
